Last Friday a winter storm blew in... hiking was up for grabs...I was home nursing my tooth or the lack thereof after oral surgery, the stitches and bone graft requiring some serious pain meds... I wasn't hiking... other Hoofers weren't hiking...after all there was that winter storm... But there were two Hoofers who could not ignore the call of the mountain... Neither rain, nor sleet, nor gloom of night was going to keep them away from THE HIKE. Ginny and Brigitte carried on for the Hoofers that day, just a short hike from the end of
Copper to the U-Mound. The wind was biting. Here are the photos to prove it!
