Our leader Pat took us about 4 miles through the Bosque along the river and acequias, with perfect weather. Rejoining the group were Judy A(with new hip), and Marlene. Next in photo are Betty, Julianne, Barb, Linda K, leader Pat R, and unknown hotshot firefighter. The hike began near Montano where artist wood carvers turned burnt and dead trees into art, with one of the sculptors dedicated to the firefighters who controlled the fire.
