Hiking Tramway Trail from La Luz 10/23/2020

Carol led the hike that started at the La Luz trailhead parking lot. The plan was to hike 1 mile up the La Luz trail before turning south onto the Tramway Trail. The Tramway Trail is listed as moderate, as most of it is rocky with many "ups and downs" and an elevation gain of about 1000 feet from start to finish. After they reached the turnaround spot, and took a brief respite, they returned the same way they came. Now I am assuming that Carol led the hike, after all she sent out the invite for the hike and she sent me the photos...however I don't see her in any picture whatsoever...nothing...nada....we can't have that....from now on I am making a rule that there must be at least one photo of every Hoofer on a hike!  (Since writing this, I received more photos which had pictures of Carol.)

This sign proves where the hike took place

About 3/4 up the picture you can just make out the La Luz trail that joins the Tramway Trail (that is what I am assuming  this picture is all about... )

Marilyn, with Mary B. posing as Tamara tries to catch up to get into the photo

Tamara, holding onto Mary B.,  as she catches her breath,
 to be in the photo

Look mom, no hands! as Barb demonstrates her expertise as a
long-time Hoofer

Julianne posing as she displays her hiking ensemble...always the well-dressed hiker

Lynda, Barb, and Julianne on the up and down North end of the Tramway Trail

Tamara waves while 2 other Hoofers prefer to be incognito behind the Cholla-- (But my ability to Identify them is outstanding --you can't hide from me -->  Mary B and Marilyn)

Mary and Marilyn come out of their hiding place for the picture...but Mary is making life difficult for the Hoofer behind the Camera

Julianne back with the Hoofers  Enjoying being out in
 Mother Nature

Lynda holding on for dear life as she eats her snack.  Just a little too short to get her other foot on that rock to keep her from sliding off.  Hang in there Lynda!

Barb relaxing at the Turnaround.  Note the Patriotic hair Red, White and Blue!  Just styling Barb!  Is it just me... but does Barb see something terrifying in the distance?

The following photos are from Tamara and we have a picture of the Missing Hoofer and leader Carol!

The Hoofers:  In the foreground with a decent selfie for an amater:  Tamara. Followed by Mary B. and behind the Masks: Julianne, Barb and Marilyn.  Then we have Lynda and of course Carol photobombing this shot as well

Hiking what I believe is the La Luz trail

Tamara getting the Hoofers to pose...Barb has apparently seen some weird thing flying in the sky...is it a bird? a plane? or????

Hoofers having a discussion as to which way to go... Barb is still keeping her eye on something terrifying that seems to be following the group!
I am guessing they are now on the North end of the Tramway Trail

Barb and Julianne having a fun time!
Lynda at the break... eating what looks like the best chocolate bar I have ever seen... look how thick that is!

Marilyn and Mary at the turnaround point. Ah Tamara got a photo of them on the other side of that Cholla

Another picture of Carol... making up for all the photos she was not in earlier!
